WVACTE Fall Meeting
October 5, 2006

In attendance: Donald Moroose,
FSU; Roxann Humbert, FSU; Brenda Wells, Salem; Cindy Kelley, WVUP;
Cindy Gissy, WVUP; Budd Sapp, FSU; Anne Rose, West Liberty
- The meeting was called to order by Budd Sapp at 3:30 PM.
- Minutes from the spring meeting were distributed. Anne Rose
approved and Cingy Gissy seconded.
- Group approved the minutes as read.
- The Treasurer's Report was given by Cindy Kelley. Before
expenses for this meeting, WVACTE holds a balance of $11,403.45.
- Roxann Humbert approved and Brenda Wills seconded. The
group accepted the treasurer's report.
- Budd announced that ASCD gave
WVASCD $1000.00 to help renew the West Virginia Chapter. The
Chapter developed by-laws. This meeting marks the first
joint meeting of the group. WVACTE will pay the bill but WVASCD
will reimburse her for their meeting rooms.
- Budd shared Globalization

- Budd ACRS members have to have
their institution as members. Fairmont State has not paid their
ACTE dues for two years.
- Spring Meeting suggestions: Feb. 22-23, 2007
- E-mission - 2 hours
- Ruby Paine Software Reveiw - 1 hour
- The group decided to hold the next meeting on Feb. 22-23, 2007 at Ogleby - if they
can't handle it we can go to West Liberty,
- Cindy Kelly moved to ajourn and Sharon Smith seconded.
- The meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM.
